What is the pricing structure for your container refrigeration services?
We charge a service call fee of $200. This price includes the diagnoses of any problems. If any repairs are needed they will be quoted and repaired once approval is given at the rate of $100/hr plus parts. Additional service call fee may be added for customers over 50 miles from Tracy.
What kind of support do you offer if the reefer unit has a fault?
We provide 24/7 emergency repairs and support when available. Our certified technician is always ready to assist with any issues ensuring minimal disruption to your operations. We will also assist with troubleshooting over the phone, just give us a call!
